Delivered on their promises. Which review

A friend recommended PDL Heating to me, and I couldn’t be happier with the work they have undertaken. In our first meeting, they very clearly outlined several options for us, there was no “hard sell”, but their advice & guidance was extremely welcome. I was extremely impressed with their approach – every time they said they would do something, they did it, on time, and in budget. They replaced a boiler, and installed 12 new radiators – their quote was very reasonable, and the final figure we paid, was exactly what we had agreed. As our installation was scheduled to last 4 days, and we would have been without heating / hot water for the duration, we elected to go away for a few days, and we had no hesitation whatsoever in trusting Paul with the keys to our house. I’ve dealt with plumbers / heating engineers previously, who promise the earth, but leave you feeling disappointed, so it is a real pleasure to find a company who “do what it says on the tin”. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using PDL Heating again myself, and in recommending them to friends and family. Ian read less
