Changed tanked central heating boiler for combi boiler. Everything was fully explained and discussed before hand and I found Paul and his colleague to be very professional, efficient and knowledgeable with the minimum of disruption. They worked non stop and brought protective covers for all floor services. I would not hesitate to recommend them

PDL replaced old Worcester boiler for new Vaillant combi plus 3 new radiators, 3 thermostats for bedroom radiators and some pipework sorted out. Paul very experienced and knowledgeable. Absolutely fantastic service from PDL Heating, Paul and Robert came and fitted a brand new Vaillant boiler with 10-year warranty to replace our old broken one. The entire experience from quotation through to installation was really straightforward and done with excellent professionalism and we were kept well informed throughout. The quality of the install is excellent, and Paul’s knowledge and recommendation of a power flush was a great choice – no more gurgles from the radiators! We will absolutely be using PDL heating for the servicing of our new boiler and would recommend them…

Paul and Rob were absolutely fantastic. From the start, Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, which is what drove my decision to go with PDL. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had, and went above and beyond – even coming out to sort a leak before the job even started. They arrived right when they said they would and were very punctual. The work was completed to a very high standard, with all waste being removed and the house left clean and tidy. Could not recommend them enough.

Approached PDL for power flush and advice on current heating. Paul the owner, provided sound factual advice, quoted promptly. We didn’t feel pressurised, and Paul answered all our questions. Having installed 3 combi boiler systems previously, we could tell Paul knew his stuff so we invested in the Valiant boiler and UFH system he proposed. Our heating is now balanced and quick to warm up the house. The shower seems to be more powerful and water is definitely hotter. In all our experience, PDL are the best heating company we have used, so we have no hesitation in recommending.

I needed a replacement boiler and contacted PDL since they had been recommended by a family member. Paul was very knowledgeable and explained the various options when he came to provide the estimate, which he sent through on the same afternoon. They have done a thoroughly professional job of installing the new boiler (and shower!). They worked constantly throughout the two days that it took and kept me informed of progress. They took care to minimise the amount of disruption and protected the carpets etc. From damage. After installation, Paul explained clearly how to operate the system.

I couldn’t praise Paul and Rob enough for the job they’ve carried out, from the initial visit and quote to carrying out the job over the past 2 days. Both really pleasant guys, really knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I’ve already asked them to come back to carry our further week which we need doing.

Contacted Paul regarding getting my old boiler and copper cylinder removed and replaced with a new combi boiler. Came out to explain my options and what would be needed to get the conversion done. Spent time explaining everything and answering all my questions (I had a lot!!). Booked the job in a few weeks later and true to his word completed it in the timeframe given. Paul and Robert were very professional, tidy, removed the old pipework/tank and did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the work done and cannot recommend PDL highly enough.

“Replaced a very old cast iron boiler which was inside a kitchen cupboard which had been built around it. Space was very tight for removal and the boiler was very heavy. However without too much disruption they removed the boiler and replaced it with a combi boiler. The condensate overflow was installed under the floor and lagged and then into the outside drain. All the old pipe work and hot water cylinder, central heating pump and zone valve were removed. All rubbish was removed of site and the job was left clean and tidy including all brickwork around the new and old flue.”

1st class in every way from the first phone call which was friendly and gave all the information I needed. Work was excellent, and they look after your house as if it was their own. Marks out of 10, well all I can say is 10 is not enough. If you want the best use PDL.

PDLs’ work is excellent, all staff arrived as arranged and were polite and courteous at all times. I would (and have) recommended PDL to several other people. On a recent visit by a local Estate Agent, he remarked that the Central Heating was one of the best installations he has seen in a long time!

We had a full gas central heating system installed and from start to finish the completion of the work PDL were very professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to future clients.

This was a very big system comprising 27 radiators and 3 heated towel rails over 3 floors and spread over 4 thermostatically controlled heating zones. It represented the equivalent of 4 normal houses. The Engineer was not phased by this daunting task which was carried out in a highly professional manner without fuss and minimal disturbance during the 2 days it took to complete. We picked PDL at random from the internet and we regard ourselves as very lucky to have discovered such an exceptional craftsman.

The procedure of how the system worked and the anticipated results were fully explained prior to the work being carried out in a straight forward, understandable way. I was saved the cost of a boiler replacement (as had been recommended by another company) by having the heating system power flushed. I am delighted with the results.
