Vaillant offer a full range of boilers including combination and system boilers. Our engineers have undertook training courses at Vaillant in order to ensure we can install the full range of Vaillant boilers, to best maximise the performance and reliability of Vaillant products.

Due to the high quality of our installations, we have a special agreement with Vaillant to offer our customers up to an extended 10 year full parts and labour manufacturers insurance backed guarantee as standard. Vaillant are an excellent manufacturer but the boiler can be badly let down due to a poor installation. Many short cuts can be taken when installing a boiler, these can make the installation faster and cheaper but can have a devastating effect on the boiler performance and reliability. Under no circumstances will we take any sort cuts. Of particular concern to all boiler manufactures is the quality of the water in the central heating system, we carry out full a powerflush when we install. A sample of the central heating water is then sent to a laboratory independently tested and a certificate issued.

BOILER SMART CONTROLS
Vaillant are at the cutting edge of energy efficiency controls that save you money on your gas bill. These controls know the outside temperature as well as the inside and adjust the boilers settings to suit, this stops the boiler working harder than it needs to and as a result will hit your desired temperature using less gas than a conventional control. The V Smart control can also be operated through a smart phone.

When our boiler broke during a cold snap PDL Heating responded promptly, clearly outlined our options and provided a very reasonable quote for a new boiler. They pulled out the stops to get this installed a few days later, within budget and on time. We are very pleased with the boiler, the quality of the work and professional service received. Approached PDL for power flush and advice on current heating. Paul the owner, provided sound factual advice, quoted promptly. We didn’t feel pressurised, and Paul answered all our questions. Having installed 3 combi boiler systems previously, we could tell Paul knew his stuff so we invested in the Valiant boiler and UFH system he proposed. Our heating is now balanced and quick to warm up the house. The shower seems to be more powerful and water is definitely hotter. In all our experience, PDL are the best heating company we have used, so we have no hesitation in recommending.
I couldn’t praise Paul and Rob enough for the job they’ve carried out, from the initial visit and quote to carrying out the job over the past 2 days. Both really pleasant guys, really knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I’ve already asked them to come back to carry our further week which we need doing.
Excellent work, very professional Great chaps who cleaned up after them selves I would highly recommend PDL He was recommended to me by my neighbour and my Uncle.
