I needed a replacement boiler and contacted PDL since they had been recommended by a family member. Paul was very knowledgeable and explained the various options when he came to provide the estimate, which he sent through on the same afternoon. They (Paul and Robert) have done a thoroughly professional job of installing the new boiler (and shower!). They worked constantly throughout the two days that it took. I was kept informed as to progress throughout. They took care to minimise the amount of disruption and protected the carpets etc. from damage. After installation, Paul explained clearly how to operate the system and to use the Vaillant vSMART app. I am very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend PDL. read less
