I contacted PDL after another contractor had let me down. The difference was amazing. I wanted my traditional heating system changed to a combi system. Paul came around to survey the site and discuss my options. He was very helpful, explained matters fully and gave me some idea of when work could be done. I received a fully itemised quote which is quite a rarity these days. I was happy to proceed with the quote which was reasonable for the work involved The job was booked in and a start date was agreed. I was told that Robert would arrive on site around 8 am. That is exactly what he did. All the work was completed within the agreed-upon frame with minimal disruption. I am very satisfied with the work. The whole process was seamless, efficient and well-organised. There was a minor issue after the work was done but this was very quickly resolved. Also, Paul came back to take me through the boiler controls when I did not grasp them the first time around. I am most impressed by PDL and I will be using them again. I highly recommend PDL. Thank you once again Paul and Robert for doing such a good job.
