I needed a replacement boiler and contacted PDL since they had been recommended by a family member. Paul was very knowledgeable and explained the various options when he came to provide the estimate, which he sent through on the same afternoon. They have done a thoroughly professional job of installing the new boiler (and shower!). They worked constantly throughout the two days that it took and kept me informed of progress. They took care to minimise the amount of disruption and protected the carpets etc. From damage. After installation, Paul explained clearly how to operate the system.
