Initial contact made through the Vaillant website, resulted in prompt contact directly from Paul at PDL. A survey visit was arranged and the various considerations were discussed and fully explained – for us, this was a key factor in deciding to go ahead with the resultant quotation. This visit was handled very professionally and Paul demonstrated excellent product knowledge and a very balanced approach to advising options for the replacement boiler. The work was carried out on the date agreed and to the price agreed. Paul and his colleague fitted the new boiler and control system with a high degree of care and thoroughness, installing new components, flushing the system and making good where necessary.
