From my first enquiry with Paul to completion and commissioning of the new boiler everything went smoothly. His explanation of what would be needed to upgrade my antiquated (50 year old) water heater to a shiny new combi boiler, and pipe work modifications, was thorough and clear. He followed up quickly with a detailed quotation and was able to undertake the work quickly and to budget despite the obvious difficulties for everyone with the COVID-19 pandemic. He and his colleague arrived bang on time each morning and worked quietly and unobtrusively. On completion I was given a helpful walk-through of the new system and controls. All old items no longer needed (hot water cylinder, zone valve, circulating pump, water heater, piping etc) were taken away.
