We have used this company in the past for servicing our old boiler and we’re always well satisfied However the replacement work, initial survey and price was very impressive Paul and Rob came on time carried the work out efficiently and made an excellent job . PDL recently changed my old boiler and replaced it with a new Valliant Ecotec plus combi, fitted 4 new radiators and a new shower. The service was excellent from start to finish. Paul explained the whole process . After this I received a fully itemised quote which I was happy to accept. A start date was agreed and work commenced on that date. The works were carried out with minimal disruption,no mess and the old boiler and cylinder were removed off site. The work was carried out very professionally, politely and to a high standard. Arrived exactly at stated date and time, completed job within quoted timetable at the quoted price, absolutely hassle free and would fully recommend this company to anybody, have also provided excellent back up service as my wife and I are elderly and not the quickest these days in picking up new and totally different technology to the old boiler system.
